Worldwide Futures Systems Expands; Tyler Wood Joins Firm to
Spearhead Business Development
 NAPLES, FL – (March 10, 2011) – Worldwide Futures System announced today that Tyler Wood has joined the firm as Business Development Specialist to work alongside founder and managing partner Tom Reavis to expand the firm’s managed futures and systematic trading platform.
Wood has ten years of experience in alternative investments, including work with hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, multi-national companies, family offices, foundations, niche traders and private clients that collectively hold billions of dollars in assets. He previously served as an introducing broker of IFX in London, PFGBEST, and RJ O'Brien.
"Managed futures and systematic trading are at the forefront of both retail and institutional asset allocation as the asset class continues to see the largest inflows of capital in the alternative investment universe. Emerging niche opportunities such as Worldwide Futures Systems’ trading system present an especially compelling platform for investors,” said Wood.
Wood earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island and has lived and worked in Panama, Venezuela, Brazil, South Africa, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, China and New Zealand. He is registered with the NFA, CFTC and FINRA with series 3, 7, 63 and Florida Health, life and annuity licenses.
